A growing business on an outdated website

ZSK Digitizers turns logos and artwork into machine-ready embroidery files for apparel brands, print shops and patch makers in the USA, Canada, the UK and beyond. Their old website showed their work but could not run the business. Orders came in through email and WhatsApp, files were sent back and forth by hand, and customers had no way to see where their order stood.

What the business needed

The team wanted one platform to do everything: take custom digitizing orders with file uploads, show live order status, send invoices and accept card and PayPal payments. They also needed a marketplace to sell ready-made embroidery designs to customers around the world. On top of that, the site had to load fast on mobile, rank on Google for competitive digitizing searches, and be simple enough for the team to manage without a developer.

A modern, fast website built on Next.js

We designed and built a new website with Next.js and React, with a premium black and gold look based on the ZSK brand. The home page has an auto-playing hero slider, animated counters, skill bars and 3D section effects, and every page is fully responsive. Images use modern formats and lazy loading, so pages stay light and quick on phones.

Customer portal with live tracking

Customers sign up with email or Google, upload artwork, and follow each order through clear stages from received to completed. Status updates appear without refreshing the page, and patch orders include shipping tracking numbers. Invoices can be paid online through embedded Stripe Checkout or PayPal.

Marketplace for ready-made designs

We built a marketplace with more than 70 categories, search, filters and paging that scales to thousands of designs. The team can bulk import a whole folder of design files, and stitch count and size are read straight from the embroidery file. After payment, the purchased files are delivered to the customer's account instantly.

Admin panel, SEO and AI assistant

A complete admin panel manages orders, invoices, customers, categories, videos, blog posts and API keys. The blog editor includes an SEO checklist for long-form articles. Every page carries structured data, canonical URLs and an automatic sitemap. ZIA, an AI assistant, answers visitors 24/7, alongside a WhatsApp support button. Want something similar?
